Beasley & Henley Wins 2011 Sand Dollar Award

Beasley & Henley Interior Design was awarded a 2011 Sand Dollar Award at the September 17th Sand Dollar Gala in Naples, FL. The international firm’s Design and Remodeling of the Common Areas at Sea Point Condominiums in Naples, FL  was honored at the event.

The Beasley & Henley design team, led by Principal Troy Beasley,  succeeded in the complete interior design and renovation of the luxurious Sea Point Tower (built in 1991), including the Main Foyer, Grand Lobby, Club Room, Bar area, Gallery, Common Areas, Offices, Pool, Fitness Room and 2 complete Guest Suites.  They created the interior space layout, interior architectural detailings, construction drawings, specification of finishes and furnishings for this project.

The interiors are transitionally modern with a sophisticated Indonesian flair.  The furnishings and fixtures are high-end and often custom. The colors for Sea Point are light and cool, with blues and soft sand playing a primary role. The furnishings are comfortably transitional in styling, and artwork and accessories are contemporary and colorful. Interior Details include limestone flooring with fossilized shell details, slate accents, five-foot chandeliers, a stone water feature, glass walls, vibrant blue Azul Del Mar granite, exotic Blue Agate Ceasar stone, Italian blown-glass lighting, and hardwood flooring.

The architect for the remodel was Don Stevenson and the contractor was BCBE, both of Naples, FL.

The Sand Dollar Awards is an annual black-tie event held by the Collier Building Industry to honor the best in Design and Building.  Beasley & Henley has won more than 20 Sand Dollar Awards for Design Excellence.
