New York Stairway to Heaven

Touting itself “New York’s Next Architectural Icon” is Mercedes House, a residential complex in midtown NYC. The structure is a giant, twisting staircase rising into the skies, in which each of the 865 units gets a more-than-fair-share of sunlight. The 1.3 million square feet of New York stairway are in perfect view of the Hudson River and Clinton Park.

Amenities of this New York stairway include rooftop gardens, plenty of indoor-outdoor fitness areas, and a Mercedes dealership. Units go for the New York-reasonable price of around $3,000 per month.
